THE HISTORY
How the Company is Formed
The firm’s origin can be traced to two separate firms. Ismail Yassin & Co was founded in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan by Dato’ Haji Ismail Bin Mohd Yassin in 1977.
Yim Chee Chong & Co was founded in Seremban by Yim Chee Chong in 1987 and rapidly expanded to become a major presence in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan Darul Khusus.
With effect from 1 June 2009, the partners of both firms decided to combine their strengths into one entity: Ismail & Yim. The principal objective of the partners of this new entity is to share their expanded wealth of knowledge and experience to the business community as they deserve a law firm with the capabilities to advance their cause, serve their needs and achieve their desired ends.
