Andrew is involved in various housing development projects in Klang Valley and Negeri Sembilan and has advised developers on regulatory matters relating to the Housing Development Act and drafted various sale and purchase agreements and documents in respect of mixed and housing developments and has vast exposure on sub-sale transactions. He also handles securities documentation including commercial, small-medium enterprise and residential loan documentation for various licensed financial institution in Malaysia.
