Yvonne has represented clients in a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial related transaction, with particular emphasis on foreign direct investments in Malaysia. She has also advised clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions, commercial agreements, joint venture agreements, projects developments, company law, licensing and regulatory matters. Further, Yvonne is also actively involved in various sub-sale transactions ranging from residential properties to commercial buildings and small-medium enterprise loan.
